Agency and Printers E-label package

Bottlebooks has expanded its service and now offers agencies an optimized pre-print workflow for creating QR codes for all products. This enables agencies and printers to create QR codes for various products in a targeted and efficient manner and make them directly available to their customers.

These QR codes can also be easily linked to the e-labels from Bottlebooks and also fulfill the requirements of the new EU regulation for wine labels with QR codes.

Advantages for the agency and printers:

A simple pre-print workflow:

You simply create the QR code within your system via Bottlebooks and integrate it into the print workflow. From there, you also have an overview of your customers' QR codes. You can see whether they have already been activated and, if necessary, you can also send a reminder. Confusion is therefore not possible

A simple workflow for your customer:

Your customers don't have to worry about creating and forwarding QR codes. They will receive a link from you by email, which they can use to enter the ingredients and nutritional values for their wines in Bottlebooks e-labels online. Alternatively, your customers can also link to an e-label from a third-party provider.

Generate QR codes for every application process

Although e-labels is just one of many possible applications, the current EU labelling regulations make it the ideal time to offer this service to your customers. Compliance with these regulations makes the provision of e-labels particularly relevant and valuable for your customers.

Advantages for wineries (E-label):

Everything from a single source

When the wine labels are produced, the QR code is created directly and produced in one step. The customer no longer has to worry about this part of the process. This minimizes errors.

Stress-free and time-saving

Winemakers only need to enter ingredients and nutritional values: Simply open the link and fill in the e-label - whenever you have time, even after the bottles have been filled and the labels have already been produced.

Compliant with the law

Winemakers avoid time-consuming research into EU and national regulations. Bottlebooks' e-labels consolidate this into a single smart form.
