The frost damage in France sounds awful, especially for winemakers who put so much time and money into a harvest before the grapes are even ready. I also found the NFT side interesting. It’s a strange mix of an old industry and new technology, and I’m curious whether wine buyers will actually embrace it or just see it as another passing trend. The pub calorie labelling issue is a different kind of challenge altogether, since businesses have to think about regulations as well as what customers want.
